Oops in 2.0.32 with syslogd 1.3-0

I got the following Oops on one of our dialin servers (jupiter).
I copied the Oops down by hand as obviously syslogd was dead, but I'm
pretty sure I got all the numbers right ;)

Machine is a Pentium 166 Classic with 96MB RAM, 1 IDE Quantum Sirocco
2.4GB disk, NE2000 clone ethernet card and Stallion IDE host adapter with
4 panels.
kernel version is:
Linux version 2.0.32 (kemner@jupiter) (gcc version 2.7.2) #4 Wed Nov 19 15:00:39 WST 1997
I doubt it's a hardware problem as we've had this server for 18 months,
and haven't changed anything inside it for at least 3-4 months.
