[2.1.65] Known bug? 'rmmod ipv6'->Oops

When I try 'rmmod ipv6' I get an Oops, and it the output of 'lsmod' is
screwed up until I 'insmod ipv6' again (which leaves two ipv6 modules
loaded).

Is this a known bug or should I submit a bug report?
