Two places I can recommend offhand:

Lindsay Computer Systems http://www.jumpnet.com/~lcs/
RAM is all from First Tech in Austin, which is grade A chips
(from various vendors) on very high quality sticks (i.e. very
well put together)

Shenandoah Equipment Company http://www.cfw.com/~shenan/
Very good prices, lifetime guarantee, haven't had a problem
with them either

The Chip Merchant http://www.thechipmerchant.com/
Some of the best prices anywhere, 1yr warranty,
quality seems to vary more than the other two though.
