Repost: Is this a problem with klogd( in kernels 2.1.xx)?

Many apologies for the previous post which got mangled somewhere in
transit.

Grepping through my logs I came across the attached warnings from the
kernel on booting.

Is it something I should be worried about, since everything is working
fine?
