No, it is not. Reason: kswapd. I've seen kswapd running in tight
loop. As kswapd has realtime priority, machine was unusable. If you
were running wathdog at -19, you would have 2 things running: kswapd &
watchdog, and machine completely unusable. That is probably not what
you want.
