New (modularized) sound driver available for Linux 2.1.63

Version 3.8s++ of OSS/Free is now available from
ftp://ftp.4front-tech.com/ossfree and it's mirrors (after a while). The
file is ossfree38s-modular-linux21x.tar.gz.

This version is OSS/Free 3.8s (included in Linux 2.1.63) with Alan Cox's
modularized sound patches. Please check it out since this version is going
to be the official one after a short testing period. Please send any
comments to me ASAP so that the possible bugs can be corrected.
