2.1.63 /msdos/2*P133

shrink_dcache_parent isn't exported, so msdos won't load as a module.

Otherwise it's running recompiling the kernel on a dual P133 with msdos internal
and without any problems so far. And no noticeable performance drop from the
pentium bug fix.
