Care to say what does it "exploit"?
We've had this time and time again: there is currently no other
mechanism which can completely replace request-route and there are
applications that depend on it.
(Don't say "diald"; there are more things to dynamic IP routing that
pulling up a PPP link to your ISP, which is about the only thing
possible with diald.)
