That doesn't help. Users could still find it, and if they couldn't they
could install their own compiler.
In this case you don't need a compiler anyway - you could create a
suitable binary using a whole load of methods - simply ftping it being
one.
If your machine *is* only accessed by normal users using things like
Samba, there's no need to bother with trying to keep them away from gcc.
They can't run code on the machine, period.
