Problem with routing...

I'm attempting to setup a router, and running into some problems..

Software:
RedHat 4.9.1 with Improvement pre-release patches[1]
Kernel 2.0.31
SDL Communications n2csu drivers v1.3.4

Hardware:
HX440 motherboard, onboard IDE disabled, onboard floppy and PS/2.
Pentium 133
64M RAM
BusLogic BT-946 (Conner 2.14G SCSI-II HDD)
3Com EtherLink III "Vortex" (3c905 chipset)
Stealth 3D 2000XL OEM (2M, non-upgradeable)
SDL Communications RISCom N2CSU (ISA FracT1/T1/Frame-Relay card)

The problem seems to be very simple, but I'm stumped as to a fix...

traceroute: Warning; Multiple interfaces found. Using 207.206.76.1 @ eth0

And everything is unreachable. Packet status -1.

Everything works fine if I have the ethernet card as a different IP.
However, there's a great deal of workstations here, and I really don't
want to have to change every single bloody one over. It'd take days, and I
don't have that. Any ideas? The kernel is compiled with almost ALL
networking options enabled. Thanks in advance.
