changed read/write interface breaks sound-I/O

Hi,

2.1.60 removed the inode-pointer from the parameters of the "read" and
"write" file_operations. This breaks I/O to sound-devices (soundcard.c
relies on the old interface) and probably other things.

What would be the canonical way to get at the inode from a `struct file
*file'? "file->f_dentry->d_inode"?
