If you can't figure out how to deal with a company going out of
business, you've not read my earlier post. As for EBCDIC...
if that's what the compiler accepted, it's probably viable.
[Anyways, there's several gnu tools for dealing with EBCDIC
-- dd comes to mind, and so does recode.]
