How badly was it screwed ? There are some definate weaknesses with Solaris
and its reliance on *lots* of files in /etc to be intact before you can
even get as far as single user mode. In fact, loosing power during a
"boot -r" or when installing a new driver stands a high chance of making
it unbootable. Sigh.
