1) Don't allow non-root to poke around PCI config space on
Alpha and sparc64 (Richard, me).

2) Numerous PPC fixes and updates (Cort and Paul Mackerras).

3) Add mising sunrpc symbols for module support (Jes).

4) Really fix sys_sendmsg() msg_controllen bug (Andi).

5) Fix some deadly ARP bugs, both could essentially render your
machine useless or lead to many oopses (me).

6) Assorted networking cleanups and fastpathing (Andi, me).
