I've noticed that the CONFIG_SOFTCURSOR option appeared in the help
texts for Linux 2.1.54 or 2.1.55. However, I didn't see the code
in either of the patches nor did it appear in a comprehensive grep
of all the files in the kernel tree.

What gives?

More half applied patch sets during my last merge attempt with Linus.

I think I'm going to start making snapshots of my CVS tree available
on 2 day intervals (along with full ChangeLog information) so that
people can see whats in there and not in Linus's 2.1.x tree.
