Subject: vt on second vga
hi,

is its possible to use a second vga adapter for vt´s ?
(i.e. 2 s3 cards or mix with matrox)

It depends upon the card. Most (PCI) video cards only have one option for
choice of IO ports, etc. so these cannot be used in conjunction with another
of the same type. This is seriously lame.

Some of the matrox certainly do have more than one option available and can
be used with some of these. Check out www.matrox.com for a list somewhere of
which card can be mixed with which.

P.S. Because Mac's have better (defined) support for multiple monitors,
maybe the Mac versions of these cards would work better?
