stress testing and loadavg.. summary

First, thanks to those who responded.

I was hoping that there would be some kind of formula that would make
testing a bit more scientific ala mem/task_size scaled by bogomips or such.

Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be any such calculation. :-/

I did learn that 200 (MMX-150) is a very light load compared to what some
folks put their machines through.
