What happened to support for Java binaries in 2.0.30?

Hi,

I configured my kernel 2.0.30 with the X configuration utility. There is
an option for Java binaries but it is greyed out so I can't activate it.
Is there a patch available to enable Java support? Or do I have to wait
for the next kernel release (2.0.31)?
