aic7xxx in 2.1.47-pre3

In the recent pre-release, the aic7xxx driver cannot be compiled. This
is because the file aic7xxx_seq.h was not updated with the patch. In order
to compile it, I had to download the assembler, first. It would be nice
if this gets fixed before 2.1.48.
