You can get published SPEC benchmarks from
http://www.specbench.org. The Ultra 2 Creator (3D) Model 2200 gets
133 SPECint_rate_base95 compared to 158 for the dual Pentium II.
The Ultra 2 is tested with 256MB RAM vs. 128MB RAM for the dual
Pentium II. The Ultra 2 uses two 200MHZ UltraSPARC II CPUs and the
Pentium II uses two 266MHz Pentium II CPUs.
Then compare it to the 300Mhz or 250Mhz UltraSparc2 numbers if
specbench has any of them. From my experience, for purely crunch
code, the Ultra2's at 300Mhz can be twice as fast as the 200Mhz
modules...
