It depends on cpu speed. My 24MHz 386DX router, when routing with
full speed, practically does not leave net_bh. With 10Mb ethernet
spinning on interrupt occurs sometimes even with 40MHz cpus.
I cannot exclude, that in some rare curcumstances even 486DX2-66
will suffer: f.e. if ne2000 overruns about 50ms are lost with
guarantee.
