Unfortunately they *are* off. They didn't apper in the "enabled" part
of .config. The actual lines are:
# CONFIG_SYN_COOKIES is not set
# CONFIG_RST_COOKIES is not set
Also, if it may help, the machine has been up for 4 days before the
oops. After the oops, I just restarted the offending process (squid)
and as of now, it is running without problems (2 days).
