I don't think clean code has to be heavily documented...but it a good idea
for global structures to be documented...I just was looking at the
sysrq.c module which failed on 2.1.46 since f_inode isn't defined
anymore...

BTW...the include/linux directory has 300 files...more subdirectories
(IMHO) are welcome there).
