Since I started using Werner Fink's 17th july patches against
pre-2.0.31-2, I have gotten a few try_to_free_pages messages:

Jul 22 10:27:49 mvmap66 kernel: try_to_free_page: free pages 4048kB, async pages 4kB
Jul 18 22:18:36 mvmap66 kernel: try_to_free_page: free pages 3448kB, async pages 0kB
Jul 18 22:18:31 mvmap66 kernel: try_to_free_page: free pages 3232kB, async pages 0kB

The first one was just before sendmail was delivering a mail, with no
other extra activity at the time.

My /proc/sys/vm/freepages contains "128 256 1024", BTW.
