Well, I'd guess the agrument you'd hear most would be "It's changing
so rapidly, so a `printed' version would make no sense". But then,
especially in the computer world, every book is quite outdated.
For bathroom purposes (be careful, one could mis-understand you ! :-)
a printed version, even a bit outdated, would be _a really good idea_.
Even more as HTML would allow to mark recent changes, so you'd have
to look for updated chapters in the Web only.

Unfortunately, the Web version of the KHG uses many features of Hypertext
so it would be difficult to arrange it in a linear manner.
Any volunteers ?
