I dont think the Debian Project would have any problems allowing access
to our proven bug-tracking system for kernel development. Why not ask
Bruce for help? I am sure we can come up with something in a matter of
days.

We already have web-access, e-mail access and usenet-access to the bug
tracking system. Have used it for years now and its even documented..
