What about just forgetting to send signal on CAD? I think that sending
of some data to kerneld would be sufficient, and it is up to kerneld
to decide what to do next...
Maybe CAD should be just normal keyboard combination, and it should be
possible to tell kerneld about any keyboard combination (are you
listening, mj?).
Well, too bad if you do not have kerneld (possible), or if system is
not yet up enough...
