There is finally some work going on relating to 2.1.x masquerading.
However current ideas are *very* different to how things are done in
2.0.x, and no code is cut yet (to my knowledge) so don't expect anything
too soon.
} - The special masquerading modules for VDOlive and Cuseeme in 2.0.30
They should just carry across.
