2.1.44 final is NOT freeing inodes.

Inode caching disabled, no special fs code installed. Tried on a floppy
and on a hard drive. I create a file, I type df, I see the block count
drop 1. rm the file, the block count does NOT go back up. Immediately
reboot to rescue disk with e2fsck v1.10, hear about inodes that aren't
hooked to files, do you want them in /lost+found?, and inode counts that
should be 1 that are actually 2. Something tweaky. I think it's in
2.1.44-3 also (would explain why I got 20 inodes with this problem instead
of 1. Anyways, I'm back to 2.1.42.m. =)
