Lockups with Netscape in 2.1.3x

There was a lot of talking about %subj%. I just tried and found that
netscape really lock system great, but when I opened 3 (or more) netscape
browsers, lockups dissapeared (at least on linux, netscape itself continued
to lock up but didn't hang the system ). I ran netscape remotely. It is the
first time I see that enlarging procecesses makes system work faster :)
