I assume that you mean 450GX version 2. I just downloaded the specs for
the 450GX from intel, and see no specific references to a version 2. How
does one know what version a given chipset is; what in the spec has
changed? Has intel published an addendum to the 450[GK]X spec?

that can be made with respect to prefetching (if the PCI cards cooperate).
