kfree message with 2.1.38

Hello all,
I just booted 2.1.38 and I am getting a few messages on a vc which
used to be running X which look like this:

kfree_s: Bad obj 0000000000

They don't seem to hurt anything, but the next time I started up X, it
started running on vc7 instead of the normal vc6, so
it may have caused the the vc not to get freed or whatever happens to
them after X quits.
