drivers/net/ne.c -- IO 0x240 Please (fwd)

Any reason why 0x240 is not listed by default in the NE2000 driver? My
network card supports it and I use it, so I'm assuming others might run
into the same problem. It would be nice if it was thrown into the source
tree for 2.1.38.
