My company is having some mixed result in this area. We have plenty of
people who can install NT, and set up the Backoffice stuff and maybe get
networking goind, and file sharing etc... But when it comes to
programming on NT, our Unix people run circles around the "NT Guys". NT
is close enough to a sorta perverted Unix, and with the win32 GNU stuff
it's even closer still, that the Unix people know more about it's
'internals' than anyone in the NT department.

At the same time, for support, we can't find any good Unix poeple in the
Chicago area at all. (New people that is, we have some great people with
us in support already).
