Hello all,

Here's another message from Roger Zimmerman regarding his problem with
2.1.x; as reported earlier, he's running a high-end app (MRI software,
if I recall correctly) that has been broken since 2.1.16. In the
attached message are both good and broken straces for those who've
requested them.

first I read through the changes file in 2.1.16. There are updates in the
network code and library changes mentioned. I try to supply all information
which might be possibly of interest for You.
