This is a hardware problem. You have insufficient DMA bandwidth to keep the
card driving. It dumps the ring for debugging

This is probably caused by the same thing. Its not fatal its just the DMA
channel couldnt feed the card fast enough to avoid it running out of bits
while sending the packet. Its especially common with ISA lance cards and
soundblasters, but shows up on VLB/PCI occasionally, normally with
cheap n nasty chipsets that cannot do a PCI and ISA DMA in parallel.
