The kernel patches for STREAMS on kernel 2.0.29 are now available from
ftp://ftp.gcom.com/pub/linux/src/streams-4-25-97

Note: I am not the developer of this, David Grothe and others at GCom
are, but I have taken upon myself the misson of evangelizing this
little-mentioned package.
