Some time after I catch up to the current 2.1 patch level :-). All the
"features" are config options in my current code so there it should
be perfectly safe for the masses.

Unfortunately that probably isn't a good idea. The uname output is
used by many things to determine the general architecture. It is
bad enough that it distinguishes between i386, i486, i586. Really
it should probably just say x86 but for historical reasons (and
existing shell scripts) i386 would probably have to do.
