knfsd and `async' opt. in /etc/exports

Yes, I confirm that if you set the option `async'
in your /etc/exports file, I topped the throughput
(writing and reading ) at 3MB/s on a 100Mb/s ethernet link:
(it was a large file: 16MB)

This option is actually not documented in exports(5),

but it's not the `async' option from `mount -t nfs -o...'

Of course with smaller files, you get less, but still,
I'm impressed !
