TCP-Stalls: First impression 2.1.33 from 2.0.30

It has been awhile since I have tried 2.1.X.

There was a fix done to 2.0.30 that fixed the TCP pause bugs nicely.
Now with 2.1.33 the problem came back with vengeance.

Could the 2.0.X changes be incorporated into 2.1.X?
2.1.X is lagging behind <G>.
