let's kill graphical boot threads

It's getting tedious and the arguments are starting to get cyclical and
personal. Let's drop it before we lose track of the purpose of the list
(kernel development).

Summary: the list heavyweights hate the idea. Thus if any patches are
received, they will never be integrated. Bummer for those who'd like a
little more friendliness, but that was never Linux's drawcard. Get a {Mac,
Win95, OS/2, anything but Linux} if you want friendliness. End of story,
end of thread.
