Ftape 3.02 and Linux 2.1.29+

Hi !

I'll use the new Ftape 3.02 for a while now without problems and I'd
like it to be integrated to Linux 2.1.29+. It would be great:
its configuration works with menus now without modifying any Makefiles.
For those who are interrested, I made a patch for Linux 2.1.28.
