modutils snapshot for 970304

Amazingly, this snapshot, though coming a month after the last,
is almost entirely new features, containing only one bug fix.

Most importantly is Marcin Dalecki's depmod rewrite that gets
rid of the fixed array sizes and buffers of the previous version.
It has worked well here, but my modules usage never seems to
stress anything -- it's always one of yall that has problems. ;-)

Past that, there are some minor enhancements to the parameter
processing and additional modprobe aliases for m68k.

right now. Get it, tell me it works, and it'll go into the
regular kernel distribution directories next week.
