Go pick it up, I'm getting swamped with requests for this sucker.

This is a test release, there will be as many of these as is necessary
to filter out the obscure bugs. Hopefully my morning of tests of vger
found the last ones, let's hope so.

Also, there are two generic 2.0.29 TCP bug fixes in here as well.
Alan can provide the details on these if anyone is that interested and
doesn't want to study the patch just for that ;-)
