Linux as proxy server ???

Hello,
I have setup a LAN at home using 8 Port Twisted pair hub. I am
using a class C IP address of my own generated by my self. My Linux box
has two IP addresses one is for my LAN other one is for my PPP connection
which was issued to me by company.

Q. Can I use my Linux box as proxy server and then go on Internet from my
second system thru Linux box?
