modutils-970116 still has problems:

So at least the use-count is wrong and I don't thing the "(unused)" is correct,
because 8390 is used by ne.
I don't really understand the need for lsmod. It simply could be a shell-script:

echo "Module Size Used by"
cat /proc/modules'
