modutils-970116 still has problems:
# lsmod
Module Size Used by
nfs 47852 0 (autoclean)
ne 5932 0 (autoclean)
8390 5476 0 (autoclean) (unused) [ne]
ipx 11992 0 (autoclean)
serial 25892 0 (autoclean)
ntfs 26800 0 (autoclean)
# cat /proc/modules
nfs 47852 6 (autoclean)
ne 5932 2 (autoclean)
8390 5476 0 [ne] (autoclean)
ipx 11992 9 (autoclean)
serial 25892 2 (autoclean)
ntfs 26800 1 (autoclean)
So at least the use-count is wrong and I don't thing the "(unused)" is correct,
because 8390 is used by ne.
I don't really understand the need for lsmod. It simply could be a shell-script:
#!/bin/sh
echo "Module Size Used by"
cat /proc/modules'
