Which Driver for Digital DE500A (21140) Ethernet?

I have aquired several DE500AA (Etherworks PCI 10/100)
Ethernet cards that all use the 21140 chip. These are all
DEC cards (not SMC).

I noticed that there are two drivers in the 2.0.25 distribution
that might be able to work with this card. The 'tulip.c'
driver and the 'de4x5.c' driver. That is if I read the
documentation correctly.

Which driver would be better for this card for performance
and stability? I plan on installing all of these cards into
production machines. All machines are using the 100baseT
speeds.

Any pointers would be helpful..
