eql.c (serial balancing code) doesn't compile, same ol' macros need
updating.
More interestingly:
The SB MIDI driver is a bit...confused. Using an old SB16, MIDI
configured properly (works fine in 2.0.23 etc), on a 486DX33.
The MIDI data itself isn't clearing the driver...every byte is replaced by
ASCII 41, ")". Probably a bad parameter to a memcopy, I'll try to look
at it later tonight...
