Serial Console for 2.0.23?

Does anyone know where I can get a recent patch for the serial console
against 2.0.2x? I tried appling the one for 1.3.91, and fixed multiple
rejects, but when compiling I get an undefined reference to
"register_serial_monio". That, plus my "guesses" at fixing the rejects
makes me wonder if I can't just find something more recent.
