Hi!

When I try to install linux (slackware 3.1) I boot with the bare.i
bootdisk and I also use the color.gz rootdisk then I use the fdisk to
make the partitions, after all I start the setup but the following
message appears at the bottom of the screen :
WARNING: INVALID FLAG 0000 OF PARTITION TABLE 4 WILL BE CORRECTED BY W(RITE)
then the installation goes on normally but this message appears four or
five times during the installation.
I tried the w (write) in the fdisk but nothing happens, I've got a Maxtor
Hardisk (1.6GB).

Any suggestions?

Thanks to all

Daniel,
